1. What was I doing 10 years ago? Mummy was in high school, studying for her GCSE's! We werent even a twinkle in our pug mummys eye yet! Imagine! A world without us, it must have been very boring!

2. Five Things on my to-do list today. Mummy needed to update our blog, take us for a walk, read up about her new job, thank people for her birthday cards and speak to her mummy and daddy, to plan their visit next weekend. we have to sleep, eat, sleep, sleep some more and then go for a walk!

3. Three snacks I enjoy. Mummy likes Crisps, Yoghurts anc cake! We like anything we manage to steal, beg or be given :D

4. Things I would do if I were a billionaire. Mummy would buy a house, take a course of driving lessons and get a car, give money to her family so they would be comfortable for life and pay off any money she owed (nothing at the moment, hooray!) We would buy a lifetime supply of treats and toys!

5. Three of my bad habits. Mummy is a worrier and shouldnt worry so much, she also wishes she didnt care so much what people thought, We should not fart in peoples faces or try and eat food from mummys plate.

6. Five places I have lived. Mummy has lived in London, Hull, Tel aviv, North Israel and Cardiff, and we have lived in Cardiff alllll our life.

7. Five jobs I have had. Mummy has worked as a travel agent, market researcher, hotel receptionist, customer service advisor and now she works in a bank. we are chief food and sleep testers.

Daisy Hammy Tongue!

Lately, Daisy has been sitting a lot with her tongue poking out of her mouth, like this..

Although she looks very cute, i'm wondering if there is something wrong, that has made her suddenly stick her tongue out all the time, it cant be because she is hot, its freezing here in wales at the moment! Anyone else's pug do this?

Hiya everydoggy! Its the weekend again! we seem to be writing less often, we're sorry about that, we miss you all loads, but mummy is working very hard at work and has less time to help us write, but she has an interview on wednesday which will mean a big promotion for her, so she is delighted as she loves it there :)

Here is Daisy and i playing bitey face, daisy looks very scary in the first picture, but she wants me to assure you that she is a very friendly puggy!

Daddy came home from shopping for mummys birthday present, which is tomorrow, Daisy and I helped advise him on what to get her, but daddy didnt seem to think that a human sized chewie would be something that mummy wanted.. strange woman.

Hello everydoggy! WE havent written for ages! Sorry about that, we're blaming our mummy! We have had a nice week, hope you all did too! Firstly, we were given some lovely treats..

Yesterday, we watched a football match with daddy, and he brought us some doggy beer!!

It smelt kind of beefy and we lapped it allll up! Mummy told us it wasnt real beer, but daddy said to pretend it was for fun!

We were very sleepy after all this, so we cuddled up in the big bed and waited for mummy and daddy to get in.

Hello everydoggy! We hope you are all having a lovely weekend. Ours has been great fun so far, and there is even an extra day of it, as tomorrow is a bank holiday here in the UK, so no work for mummy tomorrow! Hooray! (Daddy has chosen to go to work tomorrow as he gets double money, which is good as it means double treats for us!)

I had fun yesterday supervising daddy, while he played a game on his compawter

Then i had fun supervising a slice of the cake that mummy made

Then my fun was interupted by daddy. He gave Daisy and i a shower!! BOO! Daisy went first, and then she sat in our bed like a good girl, drying off by the radiator, and waiting for me to finish too

Phew! All done!

After our showers, mummy and daddy put our bed near the radiator so its nice and warm for us to dry off.. but i wanted come and sit with mummy on the couch! PLEASEEEE!

In the end, we were good puggies and layed down in our bed, can you see how Daisy has half the bed there for her, but she HAS to lay on me instead!? You cant even see me, but i am squished under her!

A great new game!

I have found a fabulous new game! Its called, lets fling my lead everywhere after mummy has put it on me! Mummy even took a video of me! She says sorry about the bad quality, but its from her phone..

there are three parts to this game, firstly, to get my lead in my mouth and then shake my head around from side to side..

Then while i get my breath back, i chew on the lead..

then i wait, hoping that mummy will try and take my lead and i pounce on her hand!(don't worry, i never bite!)

Baking mad mummy!

We're back! (We think..)

Hello everydoggy! We think mummy compawter is all better now! Hooray! We've missed you all so much, and thank you for the lovely comments :)

We've just got back from a weekend in London, we went there as it is Passover, and mummy wanted to spend it with her family. We had great fun, especially on the train, on the way there, daisys harness broke and she was freeee! Except that she is a good girl and just walked two seats down and chewed on a banana skin that she found, mummy was going mad with worry until she found her under the seat! Then on the way back, my lead came undone from where it was tied, but i wasnt as good as Daisy, i raced off down the train and mummy had to run down the carriage to catch me! It was a great game :)

Hello everydoggy, we wont be able to blog for a little while as mummys pooter broke! She said it has a virus.. poor computer, it must feel very bad. We suggested giving it some of our worming medicine, but mummy didnt really think that this was a good idea for some reason? There is a scary yellow monster that lives behind the fridge.. daddy and mummy take it out every now and again, and it SCARES us. It makes a big sucking noise and is louddd as is crawls around our house..

Hello everydoggy! We hope you've had a great weekend.. we've enjoyed ours, heres what we did.. We had a nice long sleep this morning Then went on a walk with daddy, while mummy made lunch Then we were given a shower :( booo! First Daisy.. she smelt nice! Now my turn! During my shower, i slipped over, just when mummy was taking a picture of me! How embarrasing! Weee! Here is Daisy, waiting patiently for me to finish my shower.. All done! Mummy says i have a new habit.. Whenever She or Daddy plays on the wii, i like to sit or stand by the person playing.. like this..

Mummy is worried as i look so sad and anxious when i am standing or sitting there, and she calls me to the sofa, to snuggle with her and Daisy...

Pug Bowl 2008

Here is our Pug Bowl 2008 submission for our friends Poley and Rukia.. well for their mummy really! But Hi to those two cuties too :D
Here i am, being a good boy (if slightly confused)and sitting in the bowl thing. Mummy said to tell you that she knows its not really a bowl, but its the closest she could find that would fit me!

We tried with both of us in the bowl but THAT was not gonna work, then we tried Daisy on her own, and she was petrified, so this is the closest we could get to having Daisy in the bowl!

Hello everydoggy! We hope you are all enjoying your weekend :) We have been very busy supervising daddy, while he plays on his weeeeee. Strange daddy, but we suppose, if it makes him happy...

I like to stand under his chair and make sure he doesnt fall off..

But sometimes, he gets a bit.. moovey and i have to run out of the way in case he acidently runs me over, so the best place to supervise, i think, is on the couch, then you can see everything, without getting wheeled over!

We also like to keep mummy and daddy company when they first get up in the morning, Daisy likes to alternate between sitting and staring at the door until daddy finishes his shower, and running clumbsily over the covers to give mummy kisses..

I prefer a more relaxed approach, like... sleeping under the warm snuggly covers :)

Speaking of sleep, i think that sounds like a great idea for my next activity!

Nearly the weekend again!

Woweeeee! This week is going by so fast! It will be the weekend again in just 2 days time!! Today, at mummys work, there was a camera crew and they interviewed her!! During the interview, they noticed the picture on her desk (remember this picture --->)

Of us puggies and they asked her all about us! So we might be famous! hooray! She said by the end of the interview she was as red as a tomato! hehe! How funny!

Lazy weekend

Hello! We havent really done much to tell you about this weekend! We've just been dozing and playing and going out for walkies..

Last night, I helped daddy have a nap on the couch.. we were supposed to be watching football, but he had had a looonngg day!

I was sleepy too..

I like licking the air a lot and mummy caught me mid-lick, and my tounge looks like a pink nose!!

Meanwhile, Daisy was keeping mummy company upstairs, she says to please excuse her snotty nose!

Hello to my fluffy friends! (and of course any non fluffys.. i.e hoomans!) Do you remember my friend Mr Ratty? Well, look who i found playing with him! ...

DAISY!!!! Its MY toy! mummy said i should be nice, and share, i suppose i can do that.. if she lets me chew her boney!

Something else that i discovered, are these...

Despite what you may think, these arent a form of torture device, mummy bought them to cut our nails, she tried it on my nails first, but i squeeked so loudly that it frightened her.. when she looked afterwards, she had only cut a tinyyyy bit off my nail, and not my whole paw, which she imagined she had done, judging by the volume of my squeal! She tried Daisy next and she sat like a very good girl and let mummy cut all her nails! She is either brave or silly!

Sleeping!

Apart from the fabulous new look, we havent really done anything lately, apart from sleeping! We love to sleep squished up together, does everydoggy else like to squish up to their brothers and sisters too?

We have also been watching mummy and daddy with great interest, they have actually PAID for a WEE! and say they are PLAYING with it! Hoomans, honestly!

(Its a WII, Weeny, us humans arent THAT strange! Love, Mummy)

Hmmm.. whatever, its still strange, holding little things in your hand and flinging yourselves around the room, giggling your heads off!

Sunday fun!

Sunday was our last day and grandma and grandpaw, but that didnt stop us from having a great time!

First, we went to visit Daddys grandma and grandpaw, and we saw our friend Fred! He is a Basset Hound and he loves us very much! Unfortunatly he is, well, slightly more rounded than he should be, so he finds it hard work running around after us!

Fred was getting a bit too friendly, so i biffed him on the head! hehe! (dont worry, he said it didnt hurt!)

Then we went back to grandma and grandpaw's house, and it smelt soooooooo delicious in there that our puggy chops were watering! I even resorted to sitting at the table, begging for food!

All i got was a chin rub from daddy, which WAS good, but you cant eat chin rubs, can you?!

Finally, after alll the hoomans had eaten, we were given our very own mini meals! roast chicken and vege troubles! NumNum!

After dinner, everyone layed around, relaxing, while they waited for the football to come on (soccer).. you see, daddy told us, it is a VERY important game, Tottenham hotspurs (Daddys favorite team) Versus Chelsea (their rivals) and it was the Carling cup final! If they won, they will have won the league! So we waitied patiently for it to start..

Here is Daisy sitting on mummys lap, with daddys tottenham hotspurs flag hanging up in the background... the match has started!

Guess what.... THEY WON! 2-1 to Spurs! hooray! Daddy was very happy! After the game, grandma and grandpa drove us all the way back to Cardiff, while Daisy and i snored our heads off in the back as we snuggled up to mummy and daddy! What an amazing weekend! We cant wait to go back soon!

Its nearly the weekend, and we are going to the mobile doggy wash place.. Maybe if we try extra hard to look cute, mummy will forget to take us? well, we will try anyway!

Saturday!

Ok, time for the next part of our trip! This is all the stuff that happened on Saturday!

First we had a nice sniff around in the garden.. isnt it pretty? Mummy loves it as we dont have a garden at home, and it's so nice and peacefull there!

This mean cat didnt like us at all, and kept hissing at us! :|

Mummy shooed it away for us and we were happy again! Look at the beautiful views from grandma and grandpas garden!

We were supposed to go to Daddy and Mummys friend Islewyns farm, but the night before, a cow was having a BABY! and Islewyn was very tierd from being awake all night long, so instead, daddys sister drove us up to the commons, which is a lovely bit of open land, which anyone can go to, so we went and had so much fun running around!

Look how windy it was! Daisys ears are sticking straight up in the air!

What a fun adventure! The only problem was that the car (and us and the hoomans) got very muddy! So daddy suggested taking us to a "car wash" we sat back in the car in ignorant bliss

Until we found out that a "car wash" is actually a terrifying, noisy monster that attacks your car! We were very scared and mummy had to sit in the car with us to calm us down!

We we VERY glad when that was over! We then went home and slept for hours, while mummy and daddy went out for a nice meal with grandma and grandpa!
Tomorrow, we will tell you all about sunday: football match, delicious food and meeting an old friend :)

We're back!!

Hooray! Back home in our lovely flat! :D We had SO much fun this weekend, and mummy and daddy really enjoyed the little break away from the city! We took so so many pictures of our adventure, and want to share them all with you :) We took so many, that it will be easier to do one post per day that we were away! (crazy mummy and her camera!) This is Friday, the day we went there..

Here we are with mummy and daddy at the train station in Cardiff!

Finally the train came! So exciting! Here we are sitting on the train, it only took 40 minuites and he were very excited!:) First here is Daisy sitting like a good girl on her seat..

And here i am peeking out from beind the seat!

When we got to the station, we had a long drive and Daisy and i fell asleep, and when we got to Grandma and Grandpas house, it was very late,so we went straight to bed! Here we are snuggling up for the night

Before we go away (in an hour and a half!) we just wanted to say thanks for all the lovely comments.. they make us feel all warm and squishy inside :) We love all our bloggy friends! :) Also, we wanted to answer a question that a couple of you asked... when we go on the train, will we have to go in a crate?... the answer is.. no! :) If some of you remember, when we went to visit our other grandparents, who live in London, we went on a train that time, too and we put pics up.. lets see if we can include a link.. Here is is! arent we clever! You can see in the pics on that post, that we basically sit on the seat with Mummy or Daddy and can walk around the choo choo! Its so much fun :) Daisy likes to sit on mummys lap and help her read her magazine, and i love to try and run off and explore the carriage and make new friends (i.e have new people to fuss over me!)
How exciting! Off on an adventure! We'll miss you all too, but we'll be back before you know it! :D

Going away!

Hooray! We are so excited! Tomorrow evening, when mummy and daddy get back from work, we are going on a train to visit Daddys pawents! How exciting :D We havent been there for years, (they usually come to visit us!) Its in the counryside with mountains and hills and trees and flowers where we can run around as much as we like, without worrying about big scary cars running us over! We will tell mummy to take pictures so we can show you them when we get home! We will miss you!

Fun in the Park!

Mummy and Daddy have discovered that there is a big playing field near our house, which is like a mini park, so we went there today, and had a great time, running around and we met some other doggies!

Here we are with our lovely friend Milo! We usually see him out and about on our walks, so it was nice to also see him in the park!

After Milo left, we had fun sniffing the nice grass and exploring

A few of our bloggy friends have very kindly asked about mummys job, and how its going, well, its going great! She really likes it there and most people have been very welcoming to her and helped her settle in (Apart from a mean old lady who keeps shouting at mummy and saying she is an idiot.. turns out she does that to all newbies.. still not nice though..)

I thought we pugs should maybe help out a little more around the house, so i helped daddy get the rubbish bags ready to put out on the pavement, ready for the big rubbish monster to gobble it all up, like it does every Thursday morning...

Park!

Hooray! We finally went to the park yesterday! Mummy and Daddys friend Islwyn (who we mentioned in an earlier post) came to visit and he drove us all to the park! It was so much fun.. there were loads of other doggys to sniff and all these wonderful smells and sights! The only problem was.. the SWANS!

In the end, we came to a part where the swans were blocking the way, and mummy was scared they would hurt us, as they kept chasing after us, so mummy picked up Daisy and ran through with her, then Daddy picked me up, and ran through with me..It was scary! The Swan pecked at mummy and made her scream!

Phew! We made it out alive.. here is a picture of all of our family together :)For once, the boys are all ready and looking in the right direction, and the girls were distracted! :D

What an adventure! We had so much fun.. and slept the whole afternoon and evening!

Unlucky Escape

Hey! We've had a lovely weekend.. we're sad its over! First, auntie Bex came over yesterday to see us, shes daddys sister, and is so nice! Here we are with her, getting cuddles!

We are in such big trouble... First, mummy opened the door to someone and i ran out and started running down the street, and mummy had to run for 20 minuites to catch me...She was so worried! Then Daisy did a HUGE pee pee on the Sofa :( Mummy is so sad that we have been naughty today.. Sorry mummy :(

Unfortunatly, mummy got evidence!

Then she had to scrub the Sofa until the pee pee came out, while Daisy looked on in shame..

We were sent to exhile while it dried..

Mummy got fed up with waiting, so she cheated and used the purple warmy thing!

We snuck out of exile, and Daisy tried to get up on the dry part of the couch, with mummy..

In the end, she forgave us, and Daisy snuggled up with her, while i snuggled up with Mr Ratty (More like shook him and flung him around the room!

Weenys new toy!

I have a new toyyyy! Mummy got a present from her nice friend Lauren, Lauren knows that mummy loves Harry Potter, so got her a toy of the rat, Scabbers (Ron Weasleys pet Rat, who turns out to be.. Peter Pettigrew!) Anyway she had it higgghhh up on the shelf where i would gaze lovingly at the rat, when suddenly, one day, Plomp! It fell down! hehehehe! Mummy didnt notice, and i snuck Mr Ratty over to my bed, ever since then, he has been my new toy! I love my ratty and mummy said i can keep him, as she feels being slobbered all over and shook hard is a good punishment for evil scabbers! I call him Ratty, or Mr Rat, or Ratty Mc Rat Rat.. Here i am playing with him!

Daisy explains..

Some of you may wonder why i dont really say much on this bloggy.. well, you see, when i was young, i was horribly treated by my previous owners. They kept me outside in a tiny cage with no water and stale food, Daddy found me and rescued me, At first, i was a nervous wreck, i shook contantly and if anyone came near me, or was kind, i did a pee pee out of sheer terror.. Mumm said it was heartbreaking... Now, with a lot of love and patience, i am a very happy(and very small) little pug, but i dont really have the clown-ish ways that Weeny does, i am very content just sitting as close to my mummy (preferably on her lap) and enjoying her love... Mummy says I have turned into a very very sweet, kind, loving little pug, who loves giving kisses and twirling around in excitement!

Weeny, was with our daddy since he was a puppy, so is a completely different pug! He is clownish and funny and adorable and a total mummys boy! He is a lot more comfortable and often does silly things that make everyone laugh, so there is more to write about! So in future, when there are weenyposts, dont worry! I am here in the background, happy as can be that i have found a forever home with a family that is as kind and loving as can be!

Weeny and the Sulky Step

I love cuddling up with mummy and daddy, especially if they let me on the bed! But sometimes i jump up without permission, so i sit like this, until i'm told to get off, or told its ok to sit there for now... hehehe, pretty pathetic?! It gets worse... When mummy and daddy open the door, to take out the rubbish, or answer the door to someone, i also want to go outside to explore, and if mummy and daddy say i cant go out, i sit on my sulky step. I think the pictures explain this, but in case you didnt guess, i go on this step and sulk, till mummy or daddy pay me attention!

Fondue Madness!

Shower time!

Yes, last night was the dreaded shower night! We had gone for our walk, and were cold and wet anyway, so mummy thought she would warm us up with a shower! Well, we kind of protested by doing a huge poo on our towel! Mummy was a bit cross, but forgave us :) Here are some pics of us all nice and fluffy after our showers!

When we have a shower, i cant help but sniff Daisy, she smells so nice!

We werent completely dry, so mummy put our tshirts on us, so we wouldnt be too cold, and we got a treat each, for staying still for the hairdryer! You can tell we hate shower night, by our tails - they are long! Usually they are tightly curled up on our backs and wiggling away like mad!

Hope no one else had to suffer this kind of torture like we did!

Crazy Mummy!!

Morning routine

We love our morning routine! Heres how it goes.. We Wake up at about 6.30 and mummy feeds us, then we go back to our bed while she has a shower, then when she gets out, we all go into her and daddys room and jump onthe bed and snuggle in while she dries her hair and gets ready for work.. here we are all snuggled in on the bed.. can you spot daisy? :D

Then we go downstairs and mummy takes us for a walk before we go back to bed and she goes to work. usually its a bit different, but coz daddy is away(boo hoo!) we do it this way!

Chilling out

Last night was fun! Not for mummy though.. she wasnt feeling well so she laid down on the couch, with lots of pillows and blankeys and watched teee veeee. Well all us doggies know that pillows, blankeys and our mummys are some of the best things in the world, so we snuggled up on her tummy and kept her company!

Its fun walking on mummy, as she either makes giggling noises if we tickle her with our snuffling, or makes OWCH noises when we dig our puggy paws in!

Something strange..

Sorry we havent posted for a few days, its just that something strange has been going on around here... Daddy has been putting all his clothes into a bag! Then yesterday morning, after our walk, daddy went in a car with grandpa with the bag, and he hasnt come back since..

Daisy and i thought the best thing to do would be, to be calm about this whole situation, there must be some sort of explanation!

So we have been investigating, but found no clues.. So we asked mummy.. She said: Oh! Well your daddy has gone to New York to visit his friends! Dont worry sweeties, he'll be back next Saturday.

Hmmm. We dont know what this "New York" is, but we hope it has treats and water for daddy so he isnt hungry. Here is a pic of us sulking coz daddy went away without taking us..

Hmf!I got poked in the eye by daddy by mistake and i was wallowing in self pity and pain.. While enjoying all the attention lavished on me by mummy... when i was CAUGHT! I was sitting here like this..

Poor me..

Only trouble was that when i thought no one was looking, i was sitting like this..

What can i say? I love the attention! Mummy thoroughly checked me and once she was sure my eye(and i) were fine, she had a great giggle at my expense as i sat with my eye squished up.. the final straw was when i accidently squinted the wrong eye! Ah well, cant blame a pug for trying!!

As if our week wasnt exciting enough..

Daddys best friend Islwyn (mummy calls him Izzy for short) came to stay! He is so nice and plays with us and gives us lots of attention! Here we are snuggled up with him, in our pyjamas

Then mummy made a BED out of a bit of rubber! It was amazing! Of couse, we had to supervise this operation..

Then he brought his blanket in for the bed! Daisy and i had SO much fun digging around in it! Mummy said it was 'inpolite' to dig around and sit on Islwyns covers.. i dont see why.. it was great fun!

We spent the rest of our time just chilling out, enjoying our holidays and meeting new family members that we havent met before.. here are a couple more pics of us with new friends!

Christmas Day!

Merry Christmas!

We woke up early with mummy and daddy and helped them open their presents, then it was the time we had been waiting for! OUR PRESENTS!

The stocking is nearly as big as Weeny!

Arriving home!

We got home to Grandma and Grandpas house and we were all soooo tired by then! It was 11.30 at night! Way past our puggy bedtime! We arrived to find a special stocking on the end of mummy and daddys bed, waiting for us for the morning! Also, Daisys boyfriend Timmy was there waiting for her, so she was happy!

We arrived into London! Hooray! So exciting!

On the way to Grandma and Grandpa's house, we stopped at some strange place, where mummy and daddy and us puggies had our picture taken walking across a zebra crossing.. They said it was special as The Beetles had also walked across it.. well i'm sure lots of insects have walked accross it mummy!! They said it was called Abbey Road, and we also went to look at the studios there, which are quite near the crossing.. well there were no treats or food there, so Daisy and i just sniffed around happily, but mummy told me she had always wanted to go there, so we were happy to go along with her!

And here is a picture of the studios, mummy is sad that you cant see that it says "Abbey Road studios" in the sign, but we reasured her, telling her that WE knew we went there! And we had fun, so thats all that is important really!

We're back!

Hooray! We're back home from London! We wanted to write yesterday to tell you all about our adventures but by the time we got home, we were so tired! We have been two very sleepy pugs since then!

Merry Christmas!

Well, we are all packed and ready to go! We are off to London to stay with grandma and grandpa Charig! We are so excited! We have to wait two more hours and we can hardly contain our excitement!

We dont know how much we will be able to blog over the next few days, so we wanted to wish all our doggy and human friends, a very very merry Christmas and hope that you enjoy yourselves and get lots of lovely presents!

Shower time!

Despite our efforts, it seems shower time was inevitable for Daisy and i... Daisy doesnt seem to mind it but i dont like it at all.. i shiver and whine and moan.. mummy is very careful and the water is nice and warm but i just dont like it!

Mind you, the part where mummy dries us is nice :)
